Cant be ego for sure.Ego does not urge anything. It just assumes the urge as true.Only a sane person can realize what he is doing.
Vijay is right. Its you, your heart and soul. As free as water, as subtle as ether, dear :) And 'Freedom' of course is perhaps the sweetest thing :)
