Whatever the impression of word 'reality' is in one's mind, word 'reality' for someone is defined by a function of impressions of things/people over her/his mind.

I don't think it is too far fetched conclusion of 'impressions' of 'impressions of reality for someone' on me :)

To me - it is a perception and not exactly knowledge of reality. It brings along a lot of doubts over knowledge of reality.

For that matter - reality is also something that is pretty abstract and can be defined based on how one perceives it - in other words - based on what the impression of the word is on one's mind !!

Impression - refers to marks or an effect of something on something. Humans, or homo sapiens sapiens are inherently keen observers and would not miss on impression over intellect, feelings, conscience, etc.

Very hard to see a world without impressions - it seems to be against the idea of humans.
