		<description>I think a good manager is a good analyst to begin with and a good analyst is a good observer - keen, curious, patient and visionary. I think it takes a lot of maturity to become a good manager, and that makes said qualities so rare in managers of new age industry that we see. And with that I mean to say that good managers are rare phenomenon with many of us.</description>
